BELGIAN PRINCE PHILIPPE IN WEST JAVA NOV 24-25
Bandung, Nov 21 (ANTARA) - Belgian Crown Prince Philippe and his wife, Princess Mathilde, are to visit West Java on November 24-25, a provincial administration source said.
According to the source, on Monday (Nov 24) Princess Mathilde would visit a small-scale enterprise managed by Yayasan Peramu (an organization that helps low-income households ) and also hold a dialogue with microcredit recipients in Bogor district.
On Tuesday, the prince and his entourage were scheduled to hold a meeting with West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan who would introduce them to local business people, and conduct an expose on economic conditions and investment opportunities in West Java generally.
The Belgian royals' itinerary continues with a meeting with the rector and academic community of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).
Meanwhile, the Belgian business delegation was scheduled to visit state railway company PT KAI and city-owned tap water firm PDAM in Bandung.
The prince will end his visit in the province with the inaugurations of a new factory owned by DesleeClama Group in Purwakarta district and another one owned by Bekaert Indonesia Ltd. in Teluk Jambe, Karawang district.
