Abu Risha: Fallujah Will Not Be Stormed Militarily and Tribes Support Police to Eliminate Qaeda and ISIL

BAGHDAD / NINA / President of the Iraq Awakening Conference, Sheikh Ahmed Abu Risha said: "Fallujah will not be stormed militarily and the clans are supporting the police forces, and eliminating the al-Qaeda and Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant is in its last hours in Ramadi area of the island of Khalidiya." Abu Risha said in a statement that: "The army will not enter into Fallujah and there will not be a military operation because the tribes are working to support the police forces and the providing services to the citizens and protect them and will deal with any breach of a terrorist in Fallujah by the clans of the city, which named a new mayor and new director of Police. He added: "The remnants of Al-Qaeda and ISIL are in their last hours in Ramadi area and the island of Khalidiya, and these areas will be cleaned." He pointed out: "The majority of Ramadi areas have been cleared of armed groups and elements of ISIL are trying to flee to villages and rural areas, after confronted by the police and clans." / End
