RI PROMOTES BLACK TEA IN JAPAN
Tokyo, Nov. 20 (ANTARA) - Indonesia is promoting its black tea in Japan by sending a team consisting of back tea businessmen, tea experts, a cardiologist and an actor.
Indonesian Ambassador to Japan Jusuf Anwar received members of the team at the Indonesian embassy here on Wednesday.
Butet Kartaredjasa, the actor, joined the team as a black tea lover. He would tell his experience in drinking black tea which had helped him recover from diabetes.
The President Director of PT Anugerah Tiara Mustika said that Indonesia's black tea needed to be promoted internationally as it also had special qualities as those of green tea from Japan as well as China.
