Baku, 18 November,(AzerTAj)Isbendiyar Aliyev, chief of the department of strategic planning and scientific potential of the Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, is participating in the conference on E-government initiatives-2008, which started Wednesday in Astana, Kazakhstan.
The conference aims to promote E-government programs, increase the quality of public
administration through using information and communication technologies.
The conference is to discuss the e-government issues and encourage experience
exchange in this field.
