Al-Arhabi discusses cooperation with UNDP

SANA'A, Nov. 19 (Saba) - Yemen and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) reviewed here on Wednesday current cooperation relations between them.

Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Abdul Karim al-Arhabi discussed
with the Regional Bureau for Arab States United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
Amat Al-Alim Alsoswa the details concerning efforts of reconstructing the
rainstorm-affected areas in eastern governorates of Hadramout and Mahrah, as well as
the UN contributions in this regard.

The meeting dealt with issues of mid-term review of the third five-year plan and the
updated agenda of reforms the government intends to apply in the coming two years in
addition to the procedures the government takes to counter the impacts of the global
financial impacts.

Al-Arhabi hailed the significant role Ms. Alsoswa plays in enhancing cooperation
between Yemen and the UNDP.
