FORUM OF AZERBAIJANI STUDENTS IN EUROPE HELD IN LONDON

Baku, 19 November,(AzerTAj)Forum of Azerbaijani Students in Europe (FASE) was held in London with support of Azerbaijan`s mobile operator “Azercell Telecom”.

The purpose of the Forum is to explore the ways of converting the Azerbaijani oil
capital to human capital and investment and to initiate relevant proposals.
The event brought together more than 100 Azerbaijani students studying in different
European countries.
Chairman of the Anglo-Azerbaijani Society Lord Fraser and Azerbaijani Ambassador to
Great Britain Fakhraddin Gurbanov spoke at the event.
Azercell`s Vice President Ali Aghan said the Company is pleased to invest in the
future generations.
Forum of Azerbaijani Students in Europe (FASE) has been established in 2006 in
Brussels, Belgium. The main purpose of the Forum is to appeal to the national youth
studying and living abroad not to remain indifferent to the issues regarding the
future of Azerbaijan and to build work of lobbying to defend the country`s national
interests in the European Union`s structures.
