President of Youth Welfare gives kick-off signal for Gulf Championship of the Handicapped

Dammam, November 17, SPA -- Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz,
President of Youth Welfare and President of Saudi Federation of
Sportsmen of Special Needs, gave here today the kick-off signal for
the 40th Gulf Championship of the Steering Committee for Sports of
the Handicapped in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states and the 5th
Basketball Championship of Mobile Chairs Players hosted by the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In his speech, Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz welcomed on
behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin
Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the participants in the
championship in their second country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
wishing them all success.
