MP hails ties between Saudi Shoura Council and Kuwaiti

Riyadh, November 17, SPA -- Member of the Kuwaiti Council of Nation
(Parliament) Dr Deifallah Abu Ramia has highlighted the strong
existing relations between the Shoura (Consultative) Council and the
Kuwaiti Parliament.


In a statement published in the latest edition of the Riyadh-based
"Al-Shoura" Arabic magazine, Dr.Abu Ramia said continuous
consultations exist between the members of the Shoura Council and the
Kuwait Parliament for realizing the aspirations of the two brotherly
nations.


"We do appreciate the great role that had been played by the Saudi
King, government and people during Kuwait's liberation war and the
reconstruction of the state, " he said.


The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia topped the GCC member states as regards
contribution to the reconstruction of Kuwait, he said.
