RI'S Q3 GROWTH RATE REACHES 6.1 PCT
Jakarta, Nov 17 (ANTARA) - The Indonesian economy grew 6.1 percent in the third quarter of 2008, fueled by high exports, investment and consumption albeit at a slow pace, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) said.
The economy in the third quarter of 2008 grew 3.5 percent from a quarter earlier, BPS Chief Rusman Heriawan said here on Monday.
