NOVOTEL HOTEL IN SOLO RECEIVES BOMB THREAT
Solo, C Java, Nov 15 (ANTARA) - Hotel Novotel in the Central Java city of Solo received a bomb threat from an unidentified caller on Saturday morning.
The caller phoned the hotel's receiptionist, Yuliana, at around 08.00 a.m., threatening to blow up the hotel two hours later, a hotel source said.
The receiptionist then reported the bomb threat to the hotel's
security guard, Muh. Jasin, who later passed on the information to the city police.
Upon receiving the information, the police later sent a bomb defusing squad to the scene about 15 minutes later. The squad combed every part of the hotel until 12.30. local time but it did not find anything believed to be a bomb.
