Baku, 14 November,(AzerTAj)Speaking to the 4th Energy Summit in Baku Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili stated that “Azerbaijan is playing a very important role in ensuring energy security of both the region and Europe demonstrating courage in realization of strategic projects.”
Praising Azerbaijan`s achievement, Saakashvili underlined that participating
countries, despite pressure and criticism, consider it necessary that Caspian
natural resources be delivered to Europe via alternative routes. “The document to
be adopted at this Summit will reflect intentions of the participating states,” the
Georgian leader said.
