Vinamilk’s exports sharply increase

The Vietnam Dairy Products Joint-Stock Company (Vinamilk) has earned over 3.3 trillion VND (155 million USD) so far this year from milk exports thanks to the recent commissioning of its two mega-factories in the southern province of Binh Duong. The company’s total turnover was estimated at over 23.3 trillion VND (1.1 billion USD) in the period under review, signaling a positive prospect for the domestic milk processing industry. Vinamilk has signed a number of contracts worth 230 million USD to sell its products abroad for the whole of this year, affirming the position of the Vietnamese dairy brand in the global market.-VNA
