Baku, 14 November,(AzerTAj) “Aim of Azerbaijani government is to create economy based on high technologies”, said Ali Abbasov, Azerbaijan Minister of Communication and Information Technologies on Wednesday.
Mr. Abbasov added “oil sometimes brings misfortune to countries producing it. But
our policy has been built in the way that oil will be a factor to promote to
increase intellectual potential of future generation of the country”.
