AZERBAIJAN, BELARUS DEFENSE MINISTRIES TO CREATE JOINT INFORMATION SYSTEM
Baku, 13 November,(AzerTAj)Azerbaijan Minister of Defense, Colonel-General Safar
Abiyev and his Belarusian counterpart Leonid Maltsev signed an agreement on creation
of a joint information system in Minsk on Thursday.
According to the Belarusian Defense Ministry, they also signed a draft cooperation
agreement for 2009 between the ministries.
During their short conversation after the signing ceremony, the two ministers
expressed satisfaction with the level of bilateral military cooperation and stressed
the need to strengthen it further.
