SINGLE WINDOW SYSTEM TO BE INTRODUCED AT BORDER CROSSING POINTS FROM JANUARY 1
Baku, 12 November,(AzerTAj)A single window system will be introduced at the Azerbaijan state border crossing points from January 1, according to the president Ilham Aliyev`s Decree of November 11.
The Decree reads that using the Single Window will eliminate artificial obstacles
while checking documents for cargoes and vehicles crossing the state border and
create favorable opportunity for implementing import-export operations in accordance
with modern requirements.
The Decree assigns the State Customs Committee to be responsible for the
implementation of the “Single Window” system.
