Multi-billion dollar projects to be implemented

SHEBAM, Nov. 11 (Saba) - The General Holding Corporation for Real
Estate and Investment Development is negotiating with investment
companies to implement 6 real estate projects at a cost over $ 2
billion.

Chairman of the corporation, in Shebam city, Saeed Sabra was quoted
by the GPC-run almotamar.net as saying initial studies on these
projects have been conducted.

Sabra said the corporation plans to have real partnership in real
estate projects to support the government role to emphasize the
specific outcomes of investment and to create job opportunities.

He added that the corporation has started drawing up a strategy for
planning all lands on which the projects would implemented.
