Qatar Charity Establishing QR20 Million Projects in Indonesia

Doha , August 20 (QNA) - Qatar Charity is continuing with its developmental plans of Indonesia, worth more than QR20 million, a report released by the charity read here on Tuesday. According to the report, the charity finished 73 projects worth QR 4.5 million that benefited 125,000 people. The established projects ranged from entitling people of cows and groceries to building mosques and medical clinics. The charity continues to work on 210 projects worth QR12 million that benefit 152,000 people. The projects include digging 184 wells and building 19 mosques, in addition to houses for poor citizens among other projects. Bails are also one of the more important projects by Qatar Charity and affects 3000 people. Another important project established by Qatar Charity was one related to improving the income of poor families in Indonesia. It is based on loans as well as providing training on how to run a small project. (QNA)
