Ministry of Justice Opens New Attestation Office

Doha, August 18 (QNA) -The Ministry of Justice opened this morning a new office for the Attestation Department at the Industrial Services Centre of the Ministry of the Interior in the industrial area, in the context of coordination and cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Interior to facilitate services to the citizens and residential areas. Taking into account the intensity of company activities, the office was provided with sufficient staff to provide services related to contracts between companies and individuals and has also been linked to the automated system of service centre and the Ministry of Justice. The Office will attest the construction contracts and all corporate transactions without the need to seek the advice of the Ministry's headquarters. On this occasion, HE the Assistant Undersecretary for Legal Affairs Ibrahim Musa Al-Hitmi who oversaw, along with the director of the certification department the launch of the new office, as well as Director of the Department of Certification and a number of officials at the Ministry of Interior that "the launch of this office comes within the context of the overall vision of the government and the guidance of the wise leadership aimed at achieving a quantum leap in the performance of the service sectors in Qatar, noting that the Ministry of Justice comes at the forefront of these sectors, especially the departments of real estate registration and certification. Al-Hitmi said that the opening of this office also comes out of the keenness of HE the Minister of Justice Hassan bin Lahdan Al-Hassan Al-Mohannadi, on improving the services offered by the ministry for citizens and residents in all areas of the state. HE the Assistant Undersecretary for Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Justice praised the efforts of the Ministry of Interior, headed by HE the Prime Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani, for the facilities it provided in order to launch this service.
