SPA - Facilitation of the establishment of joint companies specialized in the execution of future projects agreed upon between the companies and institutions involved in the two countries in the fields of oil, gas and minerals,

- Promotion and organization of conferences, symposiums, workshops
and technical exhibitions on the topics of oil, gas and minerals.

The Cabinet authorized the Governor of General Investment Authority
or his deputy to sign a draft agreement between the Government of the

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Finland

on mutual promotion and protection of investments.

The Cabinet approved appointments and transfers as follows:

- Appointment of Eng. Zayed bin Ali bin Suleiman Al-Juma'h as
Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Programs at the Ministry of

Municipal and Rural Affairs (rank 14),

- Transfer of Fahd bin Nasser bin Mohammed Al-Hutan from Director
General of Financial Department to Director General of Procurement at

the Ministry of Interior (rank 14),

- Transfer of Mahmoud bin Miqbil bin Suleiman Al-Rashid from Director

General of Procurement to Director General of Financial Department at

the Ministry of Interior (rank 14),

- Appointment of Mansour bin Mohammed bin Salem bin Abid bin Abdullah

as Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (rank
14).
