UAE will take part at MENA Nuclear Energy Forum in Doha
Abu Dhabi, Nov 10, 2008 (WAM) - The UAE will take part at the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Nuclear Energy two-day forum, which will be held in Doha Monday.
UAE Energy Minister HE Mohammed bin Dhaen Al Hameli, who is leading the UAE delegation, will deliver a speech at the opening session on importance of the nuclear energy in meeting the growing demand for energy in the world in general and in the developing countries in particular.
Leading energy experts and a number of senior officials from various nations in the region, as well as specialised corporations will take part in the forum. It will discuss the nuclear energy in the oil producing countries, use of the nuclear energy in the Middle East and the regional challenges, use of nuclear energy in water desalination, oil and gas industry and other related issues.
