Yemen hosts 12th meeting of Arab Constitutional Courts Union

SANA'A, Nov. 07 (Saba) - Yemen is hosting the 12th meeting of the Arab Constitutional Courts Union ACCU next week.

The meeting would be held in Sana'a for period from 10th to 12th
November.

In his statement to Saba, head of the supreme judicial council Esam
al-Samawi said that the meeting would discuss key subjects in field
of modernizing the constitutional judiciary in Arab countries.

On the sideline the meeting, 5th scientific forum on constitutional
insurances for fair trails will be held, al-Samawi said.

He added that the goals of the union are to enhance cooperation
between the participating Arab countries in sphere of exchanging
experiences.

Vanessa committee for constitutional and democratic affairs in
European Union will take part in the meeting, he said.

Recently the Arab union and the Vanessa committee signed cooperation
agreement.
