Doha, June 25 (QNA) -HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Thani affirmed today that HH Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has a futuristic outlook preceding his era, saying that the core of HH Sheikh Hamad's domestic policy was "the investment in the citizen."
