General Assembly Meeting of Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions Begins

Doha, June 25 (QNA) - The 11th session of the General Assembly of the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions began here today with the Audit Bureau in Qatar participating. A high-level Qatari delegation led by the Acting Director of the Audit Bureau in Qatar, Ibrahim bin Hashim is participating in the session, which is held from June 25 to 27, a statement issued by Audit Bureau in Qatar said . The agenda of the session includes a discussion of the report of the Executive Board of the organization's activity, its financial situation, the organization's strategic plan during the period 2013 - 2017, the statement added. The session will discuss technical issues tabled before the General Assembly and will choose the subjects to be discussed during the next session. Four new members of the Executive Council will be elected during the session to replace members whose terms have expired.(QNA)
