Afghan President Keen On Tehran-Kabul Growing Ties

Kabul, June 17, IRNA – Afghan President Hamid Karzai felicitates Hojjatoleslam Hassan Rohani on winning victory in June 14 presidential election in Iran, hoping Tehran and Kabul would witness expansion of cooperation more than ever.
