Bangladesh Foreign Minister, Foreign Secretary Meet Outgoing Qatari Ambassador

Dhaka, June 09 (QNA) - Foreign Minister of Bangladesh Dr. Dipu Moni has met with HE Qatar's Ambassador in Dhaka Abdurrahman Yousuf Abdurrahman Al-Mulla on the occasion of the expiry of his tour of duty in the country. The Foreign Secretary in-charge of Bangladesh Shahidul Haque has also met with the outgoing Qatari Ambassador on the occasion. Dr. Dipu Moni expressed appreciation to HE the Qatari Ambassador for the efforts he exerted during his tenure for bolstering the bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation between the two countries. The Foreign Minister wished the Ambassador success in his future assignments and the relations between the two countries further progress and prosperity. Meanwhile, HE the Qatari Ambassador reviewed with the Foreign Secretary Shahidul Haque the good relations between Qatar and Bangladesh and ways of further developing them in all fields. For his part, Ambassador Abdurrahman Yousuf Al-Mulla expressed thanks and gratitude to the Foreign Minister, the Foreign Secretary and officials at the Foreign Ministry of Bangladesh for the cooperation accorded to him during his tenure in Dhaka.
