Mongolian judoists top world rankings

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Judoists of the Mongolian national selected team have been ranked the first places at the latest world rankings of the International Judo Federation (IJF). A State Honored Sportsman and Olympic bronze medalist S.Nyam-Ochir, and international master of sports D.Tomorkhuleg have been placed on the top in the men's 73 and 66 kg weight categories, respectively. Another Mongolian D.Sumya is the second in the women's 52 kg category. Two Mongolians D.Amartuvshin and G.Boldbaatar have become third and fourth in the men’s 60 kg category, following a Japanese N.Takato. A State Honored Sportsman Kh.Tsagaanbaatar is at sixth place in the men’s 73 kg; and B.Temuulen—at 8th place in the men’s -100 kg. Some women judoists have been ranked first ten places.
