Qatar Chamber of Commerce Organizes Press Conference to Introduce Omani Products Exhibition

Doha, May 29 (QNA) - Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI) organized today a press conference at its headquarters to introduce Omani products exhibition to be hosted by Doha during the period from November 10 to 13 this year. The conference was held in the presence of OCCI Board Member Mohammed Ahmed Al Obaidli, Plenipotentiary and Charge d'Affaires at the Omani Embassy in Doha Salem bin Abdullah Al Alawi, Vice Chairman of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ayman Abdullah Al-Hassani, to shed light on the objectives of the exhibition and to identify and increase the industrial sectors which will take part in it. Al Obaidli said in a speech during the conference that the State of Qatar hosts a lot of important exhibitions and events in order to open channels of communication with other countries to introduce their products to the Qatari market. He said, the second edition of the "The Omani Products Expo ", which will be held for the first time in Doha, will serve as an opportunity for the Qatari community sectors, especially the business sector to know what the workforce in the Sultanate of Oman achieved in various industries, and its impact on the exchange of trade expertise between the two countries, in the quest to promote industrial development and to support small and medium-scale industries. He expressed the hope that the exhibition would be a real beginning for the support and revitalization of trade and investment relations between Qatari and Omani businessmen.(QNA)
