Our fencers to compete in Asian championship

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Mongolian Federation of Fencing (MFF) has announced fencers who will compete in the Fencing Asian Championship 2013 to take place June 3-9 in Shanghai, China. Four fencers will compete in the men’s epee contest; E.Dolgoon—in men’s foil; E.Orkhon and B.Gerelmaa—in women’s epee; and B.Tsolmon—in women’s foil contest. They are coached by D.Ganbaatar and led by G.Altangerel. Since developing the fencing sport in Mongolia from 2009, Mongolian fencers are about to take part in continental championship for the fourth time. This year, Mongolians will participate in the 2013 Fencing World Championship in Budapest, Hungary, and in the East Asian Games in Tianjin, China. Young fencers will compete in the 2013 Nanjing Asian Youth Games.
