PM meets Marshal of Poland’s Senate

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister N.Altankhuyag met Monday with Mr Bogdan Borusewicz, the Marshal of the Polish Senate. The Premier highly spoke the assistance and support Mr Borusewicz had given Mongolia in its beginning of the democratic revolution, and hoped that this visit will bring the bilateral relations into a new step. In turn, Mr Borusewicz emphasized that the Mongolian democracy and development have gained big achievements, becoming exemplary in Asia. "Poland is glad to activate its ties with Mongolia considering it the democratic state rather than a country with intensive development," Mr Borusewicz underlined. He expressed a readiness of Poland to resume the bilateral traditional cooperation in the geological sector and to develop the collaboration in the security and educational spheres. The Prime Minister expressed a willingness to exploit the loan, which was agreed during the State Head’s visit to Poland early 2013, for constructions and urban development. Furthermore, he proposed that the Polish side set up an intergovernmental commission and open its Embassy in Mongolia. Supporting these proposals, Mr Borusewicz promised to work with great efforts to realize them.
