HH the Qatar Emir Issues Decrees

Doha, May 12 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani issued today the Emiri Decree No. (29) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Abdullah Falah Abdullah Al Dosari as Qatar's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Morocco. HH the Emir issued also the Emiri Decree No. (30) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Rashid Mubarak Rashid Al Kuwari as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. HH the Emir issued the Emiri Decree No. (31) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Salem Mubarak Shafi Salem Al-Shafi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Turkey. HH the Emir issued Emiri Decree No. (32) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Mohammed Khamis Nasser Al-Kuwari as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Georgia. HH the Emir issued also the Emiri Decree No. (33) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Rashid Shafi Saeed Alfahida as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. HH the Emir issued also the Emiri Decree No. ( 35) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Fahad Ibrahim Al-Hamad Al-Manaa as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Argentina. HH the Emir as well issued also the Emiri Decree No. (37) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Mohammed Hamad Saad Al-Fehaid Al-Hajri as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Yemen. HH the Emir issued the Emiri Decree No (39) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Hamad Abdul Hadi Saeed Al Hajri as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Chad. HH the Emir issued also the Emiri Decree No. (40) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Hassan Abdulla Zaid Al-Mahmoud as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Macedonia. HH the Emir issued also the Emiri Decree No. (42) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Sultan Abdulaziz Jassim Al-Rumaihi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. HH the Emir issued the Emiri Decree No. (44) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Mohammed Arar Omeer Alramazani Al-Nuaimi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. HH the Emir issued the Emiri Decree No. (45) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Nasser Rashid Mohammed Al- Nuaimi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Panama. HH the Emir issued the Emiri Decree No. (47) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Jassim Rashid Mubarak Al- Khalifa as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Ukraine. HH the Emir issued the Emiri Decree No. (49) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Yousef Mohammed Yousef Al-Mahmoud as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Swaziland. HH the Emir issued the Emiri Decree No. (51) for the year 2013 appointing Mr. Mohammed Hassan Jaber Al-Jaber as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Uruguay. HH Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani issued the Emiri Decree No.(52) for the year 2013 shifting Mr. Ali Abdul Latif Ahmad Al-Maslamani, Qatar's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Senegal's as Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. HH the Emir also issued the Emiri Decree No. (53) for the year 2013 shifting Mr. Abdulrahman Yousef Al-Mulla, Qatar's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of Bangladesh as Ambassador at the at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. HH the Emir issued the Emiri Decree. (54) for the year 2013 shifting Mr. Ali Mubarak Saeed Al Mohannadi, Qatar's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Djibouti as Ambassador at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. All competent authorities, each within its respective competence, shall implement these decisions. The decisions shall be implemented on the date of issue and are to be published in the Official Gazette. (QNA)
