Horse Race Season Ends

Doha, May 09 (QNA) - Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club celebrated on Thursday the end of 2012/2013 season in the presence of HE Sheikh Thani bin Hamad Al Thani, who handed the trophies to the winners of the season's closing day, and to the companies and institutions which participated in sponsoring the club's activities throughout the season. "Amico Mio", owned by Sheikh Nasser bin Abdullah bin Nasser Al Thani, won the Final Cup after leading the main, seventh, race of 1600 meters for the thoroughbred stakes, timing 1:32.33 minutes.
