RICARDO AVERBACH TO PERFORM IN AZERBAIJAN
Baku, 4 November,(AzerTAj)On November 7 the Azerbaijan State Camera Orchestra after Gara Garayev will play a concert at the State Philharmonic Hall of Azerbaijan.
Ricardo Averbach, Music Director and conductor of the Oxford Chamber Orchestra (The
United States) will be the guest conductor of the concert. Mr. Averbach is one of
the most gifted conductors of the world, who has won glory after performing at
Moscow Conservatoire after P. Tchaikovsky. Recent engagements include conducting the
Moscow Chamber Orchestra in the St. Petersburg Palaces International Music Festival.
His Baku concert will feature music by P. Vladigirov, Tchaikovsky, Bartok and
Azerbaijani woman composers Sevda Ibrahimova and Zahra Guliyeva.
