Premier meets newly appointed Iranian ambassador

SANA'A, Nov. 03 (Saba) - Prime Minister Ali Mujawar met here on Monday with the
Iranian diplomat Mahmoud Hassan Ali, who was appointed lately as an Iranian
ambassador to Yemen.

The meeting also discussed the current preparations for forming the Yemeni-Iranian
Joint Economic Committee that aims to develop mutual cooperation in fields of
economy, investment and commerce.

Mujawar highlighted the available potentials to reinforce joint cooperation and
improve the joint interests, indicating to the significance of setting up a council
for Yemeni-Iranian businessmen to meet with both countries' keenness on
strengthening joint cooperation relations.
