CoD Governing Council considers Ulaanbaatar declaration draft

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Eighth meeting of the CoD's Governing Council ran at the Ministry of Foreign Ministry on April 27. The representation of 24 states-members discussed a draft of the Ulaanbaatar declaration, which will be approved at the Ministerial Conference of CoD on Monday, and reached some preliminary agreement. They agreed to introduce to the document some articles that show their adherence to the Warsaw declaration's principles and ideas, and a cooperation in analyzing the world democracy level and in overcoming the difficulties. Foreign delegates congratulated Mongolia on successfully implementing the CoD works. In addressing the guests, the Foreign Minister of Mongolia L.Bold expressed a satisfaction with CoD members' participation in the 7th Ministerial conference and thanked them, especially the Governing Council members, efforts and cooperation of whom helped Mongolia to fruitfully preside the Community.
