Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Honorary President of

Riyadh, November 02, SPA--The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King
Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has given his approval to be the Honorary
President of Saudi Red Crescent Society.

Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the President
of Saudi Red Crescent Society expressed his thanks to and
appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for this dear
gesture and described it as a great support for this humanitarian
system and a strong incentive for exerting more efforts to promote
the humanitarian work to achieve the aspirations of the leadership in
ensuring the comfort of citizens, residents, pilgrims and Umrah
performers as well as mitigating the suffering of victims and
affected people inside and outside the Kingdom.
The prince stressed that the King continually supports the
work and activities of the society at home and abroad.
