Qatar, Macedonia Hold Official Talks, Discuss Cooperation

Skopje, April 16 (QNA) - Qatar and Macedonia on Tuesday held a session of official talks chaired by HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani, and Macedonia's Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski. The talks reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them in all aspects, in addition to a number of regional and international issues of mutual concern. The meeting was attended by a number of Their Excellencies the ministers accompanying HE the Premier, and a number of Macedonian ministers. HE Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim and the Macedonian premier witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two governments in the field of health, and a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its Macedonian counterpart. An official reception ceremony was held for HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister upon his arrival in the Macedonian capital, Skopje. (QNA)
