HH The Emir of Qatar Meets Palestinian President

Doha , April 09 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani welcomed at the Emiri Diwan premises here Tuesday Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, who is currently in Doha. They discussed bilateral relations and means to bolster them. They also reviewed the latest developments of the Palestinian issue, particularly the Arab Peace Initiative. HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani attended the meeting. Then HH the Emir hosted a luncheon banquet in honor of the Palestinian President and the delegation accompanying him. (QNA)
