Qatar Culture Minister Receives Afghani Counterpart's Invitation

Doha, April 08 (QNA) - HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr. Hamad bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Kuwari received an invitation, from his Afghani counterpart, to participate in the ceremonies marking Afghan city of Ghazni, the Capital of Islamic Culture 2013. The invitation was delivered today by the Afghanistan's Charge d'Affaires in Doha Mohamed Qasim Himmet. (QNA)
