SPEAKER MEETS XI JINPING

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolia's Parliamentary delegation led by the Chairman of State Great Hural of Mongolia Mr Z.Enkhbold met with Mr Xi Jinping, the President of the People's Republic of China. The delgation is taking part in the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference. Mr Enkhbold congratulated Mr Xi Jinping on being appointed to this high position and said he supports an expansion of the strategic partnership cooperation and enriching of it with new content. He went on that the Mongolian side is interested in keeping a frequency of mutual high level visits, developing the cooperation in mining, infrastructure, energy, petroleum and agriculture, and in implementing projects connecting Mongolia, China and Russia. Mr Z.Enkhbold thanked the Chinese side for a support to Mongolia in its increasing an access to the sea and creating favorable transit transportation to export product to a third country. He also said that a geographical location of Mongolia gives an opportunity to realize in productive and competitive way the Euroasia energy and infrastructure projects and that Mongolia wants to participate in petroleum and natural gas pipelines projects that are and to be implemented by Russia and China. The President of China said that China will as before give a high importance to the relations with Mongolia and said that he will focus on strengthening of a mutual strategic confidence and on increasing a level of the cooperation. After this meeting the Speaker Enkhbold gave interviews to the Phoenix TV and TV CCTV2.
