Yemen, international organizations discuss health cooperation

SAYOUN, Nov. 01 (Saba)- World Health Organization (WHO) affirmed on
Saturday that it will provide a laboratory to be used in the
detection of any diseases or epidemics and provide an expert to
assist in the disposal of animal bodies.

The Minister of Public Health and Population Abdul-Karim Rase held
talks with WHO representative who agreed to support the campaign
against measles and polio patients of children in all districts in
Hadramout and Mahrah governorates.

On the other hand, the minister reviewed here with representatives
of international organizations working in the country the efforts
of health ministry to provide support and relief for those
affected by the disaster.

The talks dealt with the possibilities to provide support relief,
particularly in the areas of health and assist the ministry to face
of potential health emergency.
