Tunisian President to visit Yemen
SANA'A, Nov. 01 (Saba)- The Tunisian Chargé d'affaires in Sana'a
Mohammed Ali bin Habib praised the depth of the Yemeni-Tunisian
relations and activation of the agreements of the brotherly
cooperation signed between the two countries.
In a press conference held in Sana'a on the occasion of the Tunisian
Change Day, 7th February each year, Bin Habib noted the invitation
extended by President Ali Abdullah Saleh last April to his Tunisian
counterpart Zine El Abidine Ben Ali to visit Yemen.
Bin Habib indicated the importance of this visit in enhancing the
cooperation between the two countries which is considered the first
one to Yemen.
He also voiced condolence of the government and people of Tunisia to
the political leadership, government in Yemen and families of
victims over heavy rains and floods-hit areas in the eastern
governorates of Hadrmout and Mahrah.
