Assistant Foreign Minister for Service Affairs Meets Chinese Mideast Envoy

Doha, April 04 (QNA) - HE Rashid Bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Assistant Foreign Minister for Services Affairs, conferred here on Thursday with Wu Sike, the Chinese special envoy for the Middle East and his accompanying delegation, now visiting Qatar. During the meeting the two sides discussed relations between the two countries and means of bolstering and promoting them in the several domains. The meeting was attended by a number of foreign ministry officials. It is noted that the Chinese special envoy for the Middle East is now on a tour of the region which took him earlier Tuesday to Bahrain where he met with Bahrain's Crown Prince Deputy Supreme Commander and Deputy Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
