HE Al Mahmoud Meets Chairman of Darfur Regional Authority

Doha, April 04 (QNA) - HE Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, met here on Thursday with Chairman of Darfur Regional Authority (DRA) and Head of the Liberation and Justice Movement (LJM) Dr. Tijani Sissi and the accompanying delegation. During the meeting, they discussed the final preparations for the International Conference on Reconstruction and Development in Darfur, scheduled to be held in Doha next Sunday. Dr. Sissi briefed HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs on the results of his tour to a number of Arab and foreign countries, which aimed to mobilize regional and international support for the conference. The meeting was attended by a number of officials of the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers. (QNA)
