Egyptian President Aide Hails HH the Emir's Call to Support Cairo

Doha, March 26 (QNA) - Essam al-Haddad, Egyptian president's aide for foreign relations and international cooperation, has hailed HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani's call for Arab support for Egypt as it goes through difficult economic conditions. Al-Haddad said HH the Emir's speech in the Arab summit's opening session on Tuesday expressed the aspirations of Arab peoples as it included all the pressing issues such as the Palestinian cause and the Syrian issue. He highlighted HH the Emir's rejection of the Israel's policy and its attempts to Judaize Jerusalem, pointing also to his call to finalize the Palestinian national reconciliation through a mini-Arab summit in Cairo. Al-Haddad noted that HH the Emir's addressing of the Syrian crisis shows his keenness on supporting just Arab issues. He added that Qatar's government and people have always supported Egypt, noting that all Arab states should stand by Egypt as the latter always did with the Arab nation. (QNA)
