PRESIDENT GRANT EXCELLENT PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD 2008
Jakarta, Oct 31 (ANTARA) - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on Friday granted the Citra Pelayanan Prima (Excellent Public Service) award 2008 to heads of public service agencies for their excellent public service, State Minister for Administrative Reform Taufik Effendi said Friday.
Some of the criteria are good human resources management, good work process, maximum means and infrastructure of service and good international standards through ISO.
The Office of the State Minister for Administrative Reforms has conducted an evaluation of four government institutions, the Police, the Attorney General's office, 10 state-owned enterprises, 29 provinces and 251 service agencies proposed by 15 ministries.
