PRIME MINISTER RECEIVES TONY BLAIR

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister of Mongolia N.Altankhuyag received Friday Mr Tony Blair, a former PM of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, who is paying a working visit here. Mr Blair said he is ready to share his ten-year experience with Mongolia, and congratulated the Premier on courageously starting the reforms and wished him big success. Any government must tackle many problems and give responses to many issues, but the government's term of office is restricted, "so when I was the Premier, I maintained my personal principle to put the issues and problems in order of their priority," Mr Blair said, adding that he would be happy to share his experience with Mongolia. Mr Altankhuyag said that his cabinet intends to implement the biggest projects and programmes on great construction in the years to come. "We are focusing great attention on erecting factories of processing mineral products and on constructing roads and engineering infrastructure in a short time," Mr Altankhuyag underlined.
