GTZ, two oil services companies provide aid for rain affected people

SAYOON, Oct 31 (Saba) - The German Technical Cooperation GTZ has
provided equipment to purify drink water at the projects of
national water in the districts of Sah and eastern areas in the city
of Tarim and the districts of Sowm, Hourah, Wadil Ein and Qatan.

Director of the GTZ in Sana'a Salah al-Berno said at a meeting with
deputy governor of Hadramout for Valley and Desert Affairs the GTZ
will also provide support for the health sector as well as works of
cleanliness and eliminating hard materials in areas recently
affected by heavy rains.

Two oil services companies working in blocks in the province, the
Schlumberger company and other company provided relief materials for
the people affected which included food aid, blankets as well as
electricity generators.
