CONSUL GENERAL MEETS MAYOR OF OAKLAND

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A Consul General of Mongolia in San Francisco city N.Ankhbayar met with a mayor of Oakland city Ms Jean Quan March 8. N.Ankhbayar said that the Mongolian consulate, which opened January 29 last year 2012, has been continuing brotherhood ties established between Ulaanbaatar and Oakland in 2006 and that a visit of the UB city Mayor E.Bat-Uul to Oakland would make a contribution to this relationship. Jean Quan said she will actively work for strengthening this cooperation and invited the Mayor to Oakland. Apart of this, she supported the Consul's proposal on opening a Mongolian language class for the Oakland-based Mongolian children. Ch.Enkhtuya
