MS AUNG SAN SUU KUI TO VISIT US

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Chairperson of the National League for Democracy (NLD) in Myanmar and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Ms Aung San Suu Kyi will visit Mongolia to participate in the 7th Ministerial Conference of the Community of Democracies (CoD). Ms Aung San Suu Kyi reported it Tuesday during a meeting with a Mongolian delegation paying a working visit to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The delegation--D.Gankhuyag, the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, and L.Purevsuren, an advisor to the State Head on national security and foreign policy-- has met with senior officials of Myanmar such as head of the Presidential Office; the deputy president of the Assembly of Union; a head of the Standing committee on foreign policy; some ministers. The sides have shared views on the bilateral relations and cooperation. Mongolia is preparing for the Ministerial Conference, has invited Foreign ministers of 131 countries and leaders of 20 international organizations. Moreover, the Mongolian President has invited state and governmental leaders of 10 countries as honored guests, and other world famous figures. B.Khuder
