Qatar Culture Minister Meets Arab Scouting Leaders

Doha, March 03 (QNA) -HE Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr. Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al Kuwari met here today, at the Bait Al Hikma (House of Wisdom) centre , with Arab scouting leaders participating in the 7th meeting of officials of administrative development and strategic planning, hosted the Scout and Guide Association of Qatar, in Doha from 2 to 6 March. Welcoming the guests, HE Dr. Al Kuwari said in a speech, that the long-term strategic planning is vital to improve the communities in all aspects of life. He underlined that Qatar's interest in the strategic planning stems from the conviction and strong belief of its importance for the future of the country, and as a means for strengthening its position. He added that HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has launched Qatar National Vision 2030 as a clear roadmap for the future of Qatar, through the balance between achievements that make economic growth and human and natural resources . HE Dr. Al Kuwari noted that the Scout and Guide Association of Qatar has a major role in achieving the Qatar National Vision 2030 through its leading contribution by preparing future generations to be good citizens to serve their communities and in the Arab and Islamic world.
